Coachford 5 Mile Race July 11th 2019

The third race of the Eagle AC Summer Series took place last Thursday in warm , dry conditions. A huge number of members participated with 42 members spotted in the results.

Damian Kenneally was first Eagle home with a brilliant 50 second pb of 26.51. Catherine Murphy, continuing her great year was 6th overall with a time of 33.46.

There were also category prizes for Helen Cronin, Karen Bevan, Elaine Guinane, Pat O Connor and Richard Piotrowski.

The club also won the prize for largest club attendance at the race! Well done all and congrats to Coachford Family Festival on the organization of a great race for a very worthy cause.

The 4th race in the series is the Kinsale 5 Miler which takes place on Friday, 2nd August.
