Well done to club member Richard Piotrowski who was a scoring member of the English M70 team that finished first at the recent British & Irish Masters International Masters Cross Country competition in Derry.

In the individual competition, Richard finished 4th M70, just 4 seconds behind the Bronze placed finisher.

Richard made up for it though in the team competition where his 4th place finish made sure that his native England secured first place.
