John Desmond will be running three 11 week training programmes for the 2019 Dungarvan 10 mile road race and they start on Monday the 19th of November 2018.
These are based on training for 3, 4 or 5 days per week so they should suit most people. Even if you’re not doing Dungarvan, they should get you into good shape for any other race around that time.
A. Easy/Improvers – Based on 3 days training (20-30 miles per week)
B. Intermediate – Based on 4 days training (30-40 miles per week)
C. Performance – Based on 5 days training (40-50 miles per week)
