The club will be holding its next talk & workshop on Wednesday the 8th of November.
The evening will start at 7pm with a talk by Jennifer O’Callaghan titled ‘Fueling for Peak Performance’.
After a brief coffee break, the second part of the evening will be a practical workshop by Kieran McKeown titled ‘Functional Strength and Conditioning for Runners’.
We hope to finish off the evening by about 9:45pm. More details by email to club members.
